Many graduates have great abilities for conducting research in new and applied topics. Most of them prefer to join work that sustains income for their expenses. To encourage them to provide more time for conducting research, their must be some financial reward.

Noon for Research and Development recruits research assistant in different disciplines to conduct research as part time or full time workers. The conducted research serves one of two categories:

1. Industrial corporations seeking untraditional solutions for existing problems
2. Academic professors seeking research assistants to conduct research in a specific topic.
